General Conditions
BARGE CENTER WAALHAVEN
The Forwarding Conditions of the Netherlands (also known as the "De Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden"), latest version, deposited at the Court registry of the District Court of Rotterdam, are applicable on all our offers and transactions. In the matter of a (combined) agreement of transport, storage stevedoring, repair or other activities, for each individual part of the offer c.q. agreement, the designated general conditions are applicable, respectively the last version of the "Bevrachtingsvoorwaarden 1991" as deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam, the "Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002", the General terms and conditions of the Rotterdam Terminal Operators’ Association (VRTO), and the latest version of the HCRA conditions as deposited at the Court of Rotterdam. These conditions shall be mailed on first request without any costs involved.
